***ANOTHER outstanding experience with Acura if Denville. A mechanic messed up my Honda Ridgeline. After three attempts to get them to fix their crappy work, I brought it here. They nailed it. Then my Acura TL needed shocks and struts and brakes, they nailed that too, at a fair price, and with a beautiful MDX loaner. I can't say enough about both sales and service here. They are car enthusiasts, smart, patient and honest. These days I drive from Pennsylvania to come here. Totally worth it. There's so much more to write but I'll nutshell it for you like this. I won't trust my cars with anyone else. Best car dealer I've ever been to and I've been a lot. The staff is helpful and the cars are excellent. Big fan of this place. An exceptional dealer and best service department ever. Helped me out MANY times.
I don’t trust any other dealer with my vehicles. Acura of Denville is exceptional. My salesperson was amazing, my service people are incredible. They go above and beyond for you. They just fixed another shop’s crappy work and salvaged what could’ve been an expensive mistake.I’m grateful to these folks and think that they are one of the best businesses around, let alone car dealers. I’m an Autosport fan for life.
Steve Victor was a true gem. He was professional, honest, sociable, and made the whole experience of leasing a vehicle pleasurable. He did not try to sell me something I did not want. He listened to my needs and found the right truck for me. Additionally, he explained how to use the different cell phone features with Bluetooth which was highly important to me. He even offered to drive me to a prior leasing office 25 miles away. Who offers that type of service? Steve went above and beyond for me. His honesty and integrity were evident from the start.
I originally went to the dealership on Tuesday at lunch time to have the tire checked on my 2014 RDX. The service staff was very friendly and efficient. While waiting I checked out the newer models. I met Steve who was very friendly and knowledgeable. I didn't feel pressure, which has been my experience in the past .Steve was very friendly and patient with me explaining the features. I ask him to run some numbers and get back to me, I returned that evening to test drive the car. They did not have the color I would be interested in so Steve located one for me. Needless to say I bought a new 2019 and it was the best experience purchasing a car I have ever had. From the service department to sales the process was efficient and simple. I don't remember the service personnel's name but the fact that they were so efficient and friendly actually made the experience one in which prompted me to buy from this dealer.
